This file contains the data for all VoxTypes in the game - i.e. voice sounds played by the game. This is most commonly the sounds for the ingame assistant (EVA in Tiberian Sun; Eva, Zofia and a Yuri officer in Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge.
