..hi why am I here?

Because you asked a modding question and somebody sent you here, most likely. The index is a good place to start reading.

Sorry D, had to edit out "the v-word" in the news, 'cause your very own spam-filter prevents its submission. :P

Guys, please watch my proposal for a new logo!

Looking great! *uses it*
One thing though, could you upload a version using transparency/alpha channel? Then it'd at least blend for us Firefox people...
Thanks for making that, either way! :)

I think using transparency is not possible because it would turn the shadow behindthe c&c Logo into a big fat ugly black area... but I got some other ideas, wait a moment! --Gordon-creAtive 20:38, 14 April 2007 (CEST)
PNG can use alpha channels. If you use Photoshop, just take away the white background layer and save it again - that should save it correctly.

I try it. But I already uploaded two versions... Edit: It didn't work, shadow turned to a black area. I used PSCS2 --Gordon-creAtive 21:14, 14 April 2007 (CEST)
Would you mind sending me the .psd, so I can try exporting it myself? 'cause the original logo for ModEnc did have both transparency and a drop shadow, so I'm sure it's possible.
