Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and specifies whether or not this weapon can legally target objects on the map from the [TerrainTypes] list such as trees and rocks. It was originally intended that the Mirage Tank would make use of this in order to be able to target which tree it could disguise as - this logic went unused although it is still in the game and works.
