Apologies for the error, although I guarantee I have seen the Spy Plane pause mid-recharge whilst I was on low power in my own mod (despite not having changed any powered settings). This may have been a side-effect of some other change but I presently cannot replicate. | ||

Indeed you appear to be correct - I have just retested this.
