This section comprises of a list, numbered starting at 0, of the 'smudges' that appear on the map. Smudges are things like craters and scorch marks which give the impression of 'battle scars' on the battlefield. Each object in the list is from the [SmudgeTypes] list in the RULES file, and each entry takes the following format;-

N=SmudgeType,X,Y,A

SmudgeType
Specifies the SmudgeType, by name, to be placed at this location. The object must be from the [SmudgeTypes] list in the RULES file and be defined as all other objects.

X
Specifies the X co-ordinate of the object on the map. This is the X part of the waypoint and is derived in the same manner as waypoints.

Y
Specifies the Y co-ordinate of the object on the map. This is the Y part of the waypoint and is derived in the same manner as waypoints.

A
Can be set to '0' or '1' and specifies whether or not the scorch is permanent ('1') or can be removed ('0' - default value).
