Determines whether or not the ActiveAnim and ActiveAnimDamaged of this building should be dependent on power. If set, the animations will be disabled (rendered invisible) when the building runs out of power, and re-enabled once the building is back online.

Cc alert.png Bugs/Side-Effects/Unexpected Limitations

If set, this flag causes the ActiveAnim to play as soon as the building is deployed, instead of waiting for the buildup animation to be finished first.
