Can be used to determine an override to the size of the flash of combat light at the point of impact of the warhead if Bright=yes is set. Should be set to a percentage, with 100% meaning full size. By default, the size of the combat light effect is calculated based on the amount of damage inflicted by the warhead, with each impact.
