- If the attack target has Bombable=no, whether the infantry really use [IvanBomb] type weapons or not, they are not be able to be his targeted
- If an infantry has both Agent=yes and Ivan=yes, it will prefer to use weapon rather than infiltrate a structure. Even if the building has Bombable=no, infantry will also choose not to infiltrate
