When the firer lower than its target, there is some "penalty" with its weapon's range: HTNK's range decreases by 1 cell, while MTNK's range decreases by 2 cells. The range of HTNK's 120mm gun is 5.75; the range of MTNK's 105mm gun is 5.00. The config of ElevationModel is (ElevationIncrement=4, ElevationIncrementBonus=2.0, ElevationBonusCap=2.0). I'm guessing that the resulting negative range bonus is in the range (-1.00,...)
