Bobingabout isn't your average modder. he has been working on Revolition:Retaliation of the Civilians for several years. Also he has done a lot of research over the years on RA2/YR, including how the unpatched sides work, and decoding the rather strange HSL(Hue, Saturation, Luminance) Varient used by the [Colors] section. He calls it HSB, replacing Luminance with Brightness because of the differences in the way the 2 systems work, and there are several programs floating around containing HSB in their name, usually named something simular to RGB2HSB which were programmed by varies coders based on Bobingabout's formulae.
