The RA2 String Editor was developed in 2000 by [[Matthias Wagner]] to edit Red Alert 2's string file (ra2.csf); since the format has not changed, it can equally well be used to edit Yuri's string file (ra2md.csf).


An programme used to edit and add UIName: to a unit since RA2 ignores the Name= tag
It supports several open files at once, reading, inserting, editing and deleting of strings as well as the setting of the language flag.


This feature however is built into XCC Mixer.
