This crate, in Tiberian Sun, was intended to give you the use of the Drop Pod super weapon, however, this super weapon was never implemented, so the crate remained defunct. When picked up by a unit, the action of the Money crate is triggered. An animation could be attached to give a rudimentary new functionality.
