I think the "Spawn above ground level" tag in Infantry is meant to be "OnBridge". If there is a high bridge above the infantry it will start the map on that bridge. However, if there is no bridge above the infantry, the infantry will be immune to all attacks, but once it moves, it will fall and die instantly. Buggy... so probably don't use it.

::Are you sure it will die? I've seen infantry spawned midair by other methods (Crewed Kirov) and when it needed to move it just "teleported" to safe height. Not that it changes much in usefulness, just wondering. ''//[[User:DCoder|DCoder]] 16:28, 20 August 2008 (UTC)''

I think the "Spawn above ground level" tag in Infantry is meant to be "OnBridge". If there is a high bridge above the infantry it will start the map on that bridge. However, if there is no bridge above the infantry, the infantry will be immune to all attacks, but once it moves, it will fall and die instantly. Buggy... so probably don't use it.

Are you sure it will die? I've seen infantry spawned midair by other methods (Crewed Kirov) and when it needed to move it just "teleported" to safe height. Not that it changes much in usefulness, just wondering. //DCoder 16:28, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
