Hello, everyone! I'm YaminoSelyc, an INI editor and a VXLer who devote himself to the development of an RA2 MOD named Twilight Destiny.

I have edited RA2 for 7 years but created no serious mod.(;^^)

In ModEnc, I will tried to fix some unknown values or do some mirror change to make the things better. Thank you for your care!
