Sorry, the DoubleOwned tag works in multiplayer/skirmish as well - presumably, it actually does NOT work in single player ampaign, as I have heard it did not work in singleplayer campaign in Red Alert and would have originally been intended to affect multiplayer only. So, anyways, I removed the line saying it only works in singleplayer, as I have personally copied the Rocket Soldier from RA code into RA2, including its DoubleOwned tag, and I could build Rocket Soldiers for ALL nations in skirmish mode, even though the soldier had Owner= set only to allied nations.
