DoctorEvil (also known as Koni) is a 29 year old map maker and map modder for YR from Austria. He started making maps for YR since 2018, thou he has also made maps for Kanes Wrath, Red Alert 3 and even Tiberian Twilight in the past from 2008 to 2014 under a different alias.

His design philosophy is to create maps that are not only unique but also focus on certain gameplay elements, where the rest of the map builds around them. The number one priority is that maps are always fun to play!

In addition he has made an entire mod that uses only the base game, called Red Alert 2: Zero Hour. This mod emphasises on making each subfaction play more uniquely, greatly improving balancing and also make every faction viable instead of just America, France, Iraq and Yuri.
