The RA2 String Editor was developed in 2000 by Matthias Wagner to edit Red Alert 2's string file (ra2.csf); since the format has not changed, it can equally well be used to edit Yuri's string file (ra2md.csf).
It supports several open files at once, reading, inserting, editing and deleting of strings as well as the setting of the language flag.
