Determines whether this warhead, when affecting a Tank Bunker, affects the bunker itself (no) or the unit inside (yes).

Note that, even if the warhead will affect the unit inside instead of the bunker itself, it still needs to be able to damage the armor type of the bunker in order to target the unit inside. This ultimately means that the warhead will be able to damage the bunker when it is empty (and other buildings/units that have the same armor type as the bunker), although the effect can be mitigated by using a low verses value.
