Leptons aren't a separate value type. Unsigned integers would be more appropriate. Value types distinguish formatting of parameters, not convey information on how the game interprets those values. For example, a tag like YDrawOffset takes values formatted like unsigned integers. The game then uses that information to determine the Y-axis offset in leptons to draw the animation. Articles should definitely indicate what the game uses flag values for, but it is nonsensical to smuggle it in with value formatting.
Semantical, but true.

What about percentages?

Shouldn't there be a values template for percentages, which can be formatted like floats OR like an integer with a percent sign (N%)?

Value Semantics

Leptons aren't a separate value type. Unsigned integers would be more appropriate. Value types distinguish formatting of parameters, not convey information on how the game interprets those values. For example, a tag like YDrawOffset takes values formatted like unsigned integers. The game then uses that information to determine the Y-axis offset in leptons to draw the animation. Articles should definitely indicate what the game uses flag values for, but it is nonsensical to smuggle it in with value formatting.

Semantical, but true.
