There was nothing wrong with the previous revision. In fact, the most recent change was confusing as it mixed RA2 and TS tenses. When something is applicable (or in this case heavily mentioned) in the RA2/YR rules, then RA2/YR should be given priority for present tense, as it is the most recent evolution of the engine.
