Can be set to either 'yes' or 'no'. Any BuildingType with this flag set to yes gains an additional 'bib' as a part of its image. A bib is a special section of the building that units are allowed to cross as if it was an OverlayType.
Note: There's no 'bib' image for BuildingType foundations with a width of 1.
