This flag defines the default power plant for a side to build whenever the game starts. This must be placed within a 'side' section. The Allies and Soviets have one already - the GDI and Nod countries. For Yuri, you must create a ThirdSide section, and add this tag. Likewise, any fourth side you have created will need a section and this tag.
