Defines whether this projectile is an anti-submarine weapon.
Notes
The determination rules are as follows:
- If the target is not on the water surface, it cannot be attacked.
- If the projectile used by the target's weapon does not have UnderWater=yes and the target is not a Submarine[1] or Missile-equipped submarine[2], it cannot be attacked.
