Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines whether or not you can toggle between 640x480 (the default for setting Tiberium Dawn and Red Alert included for DOS compatibility) and 640x400 resolutions, thus improving the aspect ratio of the picture on larger monitors. Seems to cause problems unless your monitor supports it.
