Enables or disables the ability to switch between 640x480 (the default resolution for Tiberium Dawn and Red Alert, included for DOS compatibility) and 640x400 resolution modes. This toggle can improve aspect ratio on larger monitors, but may cause display issues if your monitor doesn't support the selected mode.
