Definition of certain buildings?

  • I think the definition of "Powerplant" in this logic is a Power larger than 0. However, it could also be that "Powerplant" is defined via another flag (perhaps the Powerplant flag in the General section...?).
  • I also think that the effect achieved on Factories in this logic depends on the infiltrated structure to have Factory= set to any valid type. It could however also be that his logic works via the flags: WeaponsFactory=yes, Barracks=yes, Helipad=yes or GDIBarracks=yes / NODBarracks=yes. Of course, this would not make any difference for buildings that are either of these types, but don't have a valid entry in Factory= as they could not produce anything, and thus, nothing could be revealed to the infiltrating player. However, in reverse, one could create buildings that produce (via Factory=), but never reveal their production, because one simply omitts the necessary production facility flags listed above... This needs further testing...
  • The reason why a TechCenter has no effect upon infiltration is pretty simple: it has no special function or flag. It is simply a building defined as "Prerequisite=" on certain objects, but other than that is not defined by any flag.

Radar bug?

  • I haven't experienced the Radar infiltration bug as described here. Perhaps this is in unpatched TS? But then again, I see no reason as to why a feature that was totally unused in the game would be patched? Any suggestions why some people seem to experience this bug and others don't?
