Note: According to the original design, ChronoSphere and ChronoWarp should create an Event at both locations.
After bypassing those super weapon types that hard-coded this value to false based on the source code of version 0.A and repeatedly testing, I still couldn't find what effect this flag has. It defaults to true, and all three types of major super weapons have checks for it, so it should be used to turn something off. However, when these original super weapons are deployed, do their target cells create a radar event? Is that really the case?
