When a Super Weapon with Type=PsychicDominator is fired, the animation defined in DominatorFirstAnim= is played. After that animation has played this percentage of its frames, the actual warhead of the Super Weapon (defined by DominatorWarhead) fires.

Note: This flag takes an integer value, and appends a percent sign to it internally, do not specify a float/percentage value here.
