This flag determines whether a warhead will have a visual tilting effect on the target if it is a vehicle rendered with voxel graphics and having an appropriate locomotor (ones that pertain to non-flying units only).
The degree to which the target vehicle tilts away from the point of impact is proportional to the weapon's base damage. It is also dependant on the target's weight; heavier vehicles tilt to a lesser degree. If a vehicle is completely overturned it is instantly destroyed.
