This should only be set to 'yes' and determines that the warhead simply removes any Ivan Bombs from the target. This would ordinarily be the only tag you would use on the warhead unless you wanted to give the same effect to another weapon. This tag also gives you the BombDisarm cursor as the tag specifically instantiates that Action=.
