Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and specifies whether or not this weapon should be prevented from firing during a Weather Storm. Appears to be disabled in Red Alert 2 as this is residual from Tiberian Sun where certain 'hi-tech' weapons could be shut down during an Ion Storm.
