controls whether or not you will be allowed to build adjacent to this BuildingType, assuming you own it.
Inconsistencies in YR
Apparently, the developers forgot to add BaseNormal=no
to some BuildingTypes that should not have had the default yes
. Most obvious examples of this are two of the defense buildings, Yuri's Psychic Tower (YAPSYT) and the Allied Gap Generator (GAGAP) - both of them expand the player's build area, while neither the Tesla Coil nor the Prism Tower does. This was correcteded in the UMP.
