Used by the {{TTL|AICaptureLowMoney}} tag to determine exactly how many credits constitute the AI being on "low money". When this number is reached, or the number of credits is below it, the AI will use {{TTL|AICaptureLowMoney}} to decide on a course of action whenever a unit is mind controlled.
