This value is employed by the {{TTL|AICaptureWounded}} tag to determine what percentage of total health constitutes being "wounded". This percentage should be specified as a floating point number (i.e. .25 = 25%). When the captured unit only has this percentage of its maximum ((TTL|Strength)) or less, then the values of {{TTL|AICaptureWounded}} are followed instead of {{TTL|AICaptureNormal}}.
