Values: Percentages: Either a direct percentage (e.g. "50%"), or a floating point value (e.g. "0.5").

This value is employed by the Template:TTL tag to determine what percentage of total health constitutes being "wounded". This percentage should be specified as a floating point number (i.e. .25 = 25%). When the captured unit only has this percentage of its maximum ((TTL|Strength)) or less, then the values of Template:TTL are followed instead of Template:TTL.
