Specifies the plain-text name of this tile set. Uniquelly, the game uses this string when linking two objects: tile sets and the list of attached animations. More spesifically, the animation list section name must be exactly the same as the parent tileset's SetName value for the animation(s) to work. See this example from temperat.ini:
[TileSet0030] SetName=Tunnel Floor ...(only the relevant flags were included)
