Specifies the sound to make when a VehicleType with Naval=yes set is destroyed if its Weight is greater than the value specified by ShipSinkingWeight= in the General section. If the vehicle meets both of those criteria then this tag should be used in place of VoiceDie=. Should be set to a valid entry from SOUND.INI.
