Defines whether a light flash effect is produced when the weapon or warhead is detonated.

Notes

If a weapon is detonated, then the Bright setting on the weapon is used, ignoring that on the warhead. Only when the warhead is directly detonated without using a weapon, such as by debris impact, will the Bright setting on the warhead be used.
