Content Scanning is where computer-controlled units will consider the Points (RA) or ThreatPosed (TS+) values of units within transports, as well as that of the transport itself, when looking for threats. If content scanning is on, the passenger and transport Points or ThreatPosed values are added together to give a total threat value, which the AI then uses. In all other cases, only the Points or ThreatPosed of the transport are used.
