For BuildingTypes with IsAnimDelayedFire=yes, this delays the firing command by a specified number of frames to synchronize with the wind-up animation duration defined in SpecialAnim.
Notes
Of course, you can also not specify SpecialAnim. As long as IsAnimDelayedFire=yes is present, you can use DelayedFireDelay to set the number of frames for the fire delay.
