This animation will attach to the unit when it uses a weapon with DrainWeapon=yes to drain resources from an enemy power or income-generating structure.

Notes

This should use an animation with LoopCount=-1 to ensure it persists for the duration of the draining process. The animation will naturally end when the unit switches to other activities.

Since the animation is attached to the unit, it will follow when the unit moves and will subsequently end due to the unit changes its behavior.
