Flag: | Dropping |
File(s): | rules(md).ini |
Values: | Boolean values: yes or no, true or false, 1 or 0 |
Default: | no |
Applicable to: | Projectiles |
Specifies whether or not this projectile falls from an initial height, like a bomb dropped from an airplane.
In Tiberian Sun, Red Alert 2, and their expansion packs, setting this flag causes the projectile to detonate immediately upon being fired.
Bugs/Side-Effects/Unexpected Limitations
Through this flag-triggered barrel explosion, the firing coordinates will be forcibly reset to 0,0,0. If you wish to avoid this feature, you can achieve similar effects through the following two methods:
- Use a projectile with Vertical=yes and set [Projectile]→DetonationAltitude=0.
- Use a projectile with Ranged=yes and set [Weapon]→ProjectileRange=0.
