Defines whether this Animation can force the creation of a large crater.

In fact, this is more just about prioritizing large craters during the creation of craters.

Notes

This only applies to Animation with Crater=yes, and if it also has Scorch=yes, then this flag is only used when the random result is crater.

This skips SmudgeTypes with Width=1 and Height=1 during random selection when filtering the second-level list. For detailed rules, refer to Creation Rules for Craters and Burn Marks.

Bugs/Side-Effects/Unexpected Limitations

This forced creation actually only skips the check for cells occupied by BuildingTypes. That is to say, for slopes, cells already occupied by other SmudgeTypes or OverlayTypes are still checked, so it does not always create a large crater.
