Specifies the maximum starting lateral velocity, The more valuable it is. The faster the object or animation spreads around or laterally from the center.
Note
- Values less than 1.0 will give IE for YR IE=004225A5.

- The main animation+secondary animation+subsequent animation of the main animation will not play, but other animation-related tags will continue to function normal.
