Is the vehicle only active when at least one building, whose PowersUnit is set to this vehicle and is in operational status, exists? Otherwise it will be paralyzed. This applies to the Robot Tank in Yuri's Revenge.
Notes
- Work with SHP vehicles in a funny way SHP vehicles will not receive solid color effects+WalkRate+IdleRate still works normally.

Bugs/Side-Effects/Unexpected Limitations
- TechnoTypes with Locomotor={B7B49766-E576-11d3-9BD9-00104B972FE8} or Locomotor={4A582746-9839-11d1-B709-00A024DDAFD1} or Locomotor={92612C46-F71F-11d1-AC9F-006008055BB5} (Only when floating) will not be affected by this tag.
