Specifies a single VehicleType that counts as PROC for prerequisite listing. Meaning, If a certain object's Prerequisite includes PROC, building this VehicleType will count as fulfilling a requirement for generic PROC prerequisite. For more info, see The Prerequisite System.

- Only 1 name can be specified. If there is more than 1 name This will cause this tag to not work.
