Just preparation for page organization and rewriting to avoid forgetting content later:
- This does not check whether the unit can actually perform the action, so commands may be issued but tasks might not be completed.
- DeployToLand and Locomotor will restrict the LandTypes that can perform deployment.
- Phobos' extension for this in version b49.
