Ares gives you the ability to let warheads invoke (or remove) the Iron Curtain effect on units.
Usage
[Warhead] IronCurtain.Cap=
Positive values
If IronCurtain.Cap is set to any value greater than zero, the following effect will occur:
The Iron Curtain effect will be stackable, but the curtain counter on the unit will not be able to exceed the value set in IronCurtain.Cap.
IronCurtain.Cap=0
If this flag's value is set to zero, the following effect will occur:
The Iron Curtain effect can stack up indefinitely, with no imposed upper limit.
Negative Values
If IronCurtain.Cap is set to any value less than zero, the following effect will occur:
The invoking weapon will set the target's Iron Curtain counter to whatever value is prescribed in IronCurtain.Duration regardless of the counter's current value.
