Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and specifies whether or not the weapon simply reveals the area around the target rather than damages it. The area revealed is specified by the CameraRange= tag in the [General] section. This remains residual from Red Alert and it is not known if the logic can be made to work in Red Alert 2.
