An animation to be used by the Flamer and Scorch logics. If any of those features is used, SmallFire has to set to a valid animation.
Both logics are not available in Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge, though be aware that setting an animation for SmallFire will also cause exploding objects such as blowing up structures to scatter the set flame animation randomly across the area which can lead to massive frame rate drops rather quickly.
