Defines a <tt>[[Range]]=</tt> override that is applied to all weapons with <tt>[[Temporal]]=yes</tt> warheads while they are firing from inside [[OpenTopped|open topped transports]]. Meaning, such weapons will keep their lock while the transport moves around, and only let go if the distance to the target becomes greater than this.
